Senior Product Manager

We are looking for a brilliant Senior Product Manager to own the freelancer experience and the data layer that powers precision matching on Fiverr. You will own a broad and meaningful surface — spanning freelancer onboarding, dashboards and performance analytics, the freelancer level system, and the skill and proficiency signals that enable Fiverr to understand who delivers what, in which context, and with what results. 

This is a high-autonomy role with direct impact on Fiverr's ability to connect clients with the right talent for high-value, complex projects. You will lead a dedicated cross-functional team and work in close partnership with R&D, Data Science, and Matching teams

• Make an impact: Grow the business by shaping how freelancers are represented, discovered, and ranked on Fiverr — improving match quality and driving successful outcomes for clients and freelancers alike.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team: Collaborate with engineers, designers, and data scientists to drive product delivery and innovation across the freelancer experience.
• Own the freelancer intelligence layer: Define how Fiverr collects, validates, and uses freelancer skill and proficiency signals — turning data into reliable inputs that enable precision matching for clients seeking the right expertise.
• Drive the freelancer experience: Continuously improve the surfaces freelancers use to understand and grow their business on Fiverr — onboarding, performance dashboards, and the level system.
• Develop and execute roadmaps: Create strategic product roadmaps and lead their execution, balancing short-term delivery with long-term platform thinking.
• Collaborate across teams: Work with stakeholders from Search, Ranking, Data Science, and the client-side product team to align on a shared direction and amplify impact.

• At least 5 years of relevant experience as a Product Manager.
• A proven track record of making an impact as an entrepreneur, leader, or product manager — ideally on a marketplace or platform product.
• Strong analytical skills: developing product hypotheses, applying validation methods, and working with data to drive decisions.
• Experience working with or adjacent to ranking, search, or recommendations — understanding how upstream product decisions affect algorithmic outcomes and client-freelancer match quality.
• Strong ability to translate opportunities and needs into products and features across a broad and diverse user base.
• Good understanding of UI/UX.
• Savvy learner, avid listener, articulate communicator, and presenter.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with short delivery cycles.
• BA / MA / BSc / MSc in a related field.
