Join our Digital Product team as a Senior Product Manager – Web Experience Enablement and play a critical role in shaping the future of M&S.com. You’ll own the end-to-end product strategy for our web experience platform, leading the evolution of our technology to deliver a dynamic, resilient and increasingly personalised customer journey.
Working across a complex ecosystem of teams and stakeholders, you’ll turn customer insight and commercial goals into impactful product outcomes that power one of M&S’s key growth channels.
What you’ll do
Your key accountabilities will include:
Own and deliver the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for Web Experience Enablement, balancing customer, commercial and technology priorities
Translate customer needs, data insights and market trends into clear, prioritised product plans that drive measurable value
Lead cross-functional collaboration across Technology, Data, UX and commercial teams to deliver scalable and sustainable web capabilities
Act as the voice of the customer, using experimentation, benchmarking and analytics to continuously optimise the online experience
Drive product-led ways of working, leading agile delivery, managing dependencies and ensuring successful outcomes across multiple teams
Who you are
Your skills will include:
Significant experience in product management, with a track record of delivering complex digital products from strategy through to launch and optimisation
Strong technical understanding, with the ability to work confidently across engineering, data and platform teams
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
Proven experience leading teams in an agile environment, balancing speed to market with long-term sustainability
A customer-first, data-driven mindset, with strong analytical skills and the ability to identify opportunities, risks and trade-offs
