As a Senior Product Manager, you will support product vision, strategy, and execution to deliver impactful technology solutions that drive business outcomes. In this role, you will lead buy-side network operations and capacity technology initiatives supporting RXO’s carrier sales organization while partnering cross-functionally to develop scalable products, improve operational workflows, and drive business growth.
The ideal candidate will collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to define product roadmaps, deliver against strategic priorities, and support RXO’s managed services initiatives. This role also offers mentorship opportunities and exposure to people leadership responsibilities.
Please note this role will sit onsite Monday–Thursday, with work from home on Fridays, and can sit out of our offices located in Naperville, Chicago, or Charlotte.
Serve as the Product Lead supporting buy-side network operations and carrier sales technology initiatives
Define and execute product roadmaps aligned to business goals and operational priorities
Partner with senior leadership and stakeholders to shape future product vision and gain alignment on priorities
Lead ideation, discovery, hypothesis generation, and validation to guide product strategy and feature prioritization
Gather and prioritize product requirements to improve user experience and operational efficiency
Collaborate cross-functionally with technology, design, operations, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions
Oversee backlog management, sprint planning, and user story development to maintain a value-driven delivery pipeline
Define release plans, timelines, and implementation strategies for new features and enhancements
Own go-to-market planning, including coordination with marketing, training, support, security, and legal teams
Leverage user feedback, analytics, and operational insights to continuously improve products and workflows
Drive product adoption and support managed services initiatives across RXO’s network
Mentor and provide strategic guidance to team members and execution teams
At a minimum, you’ll need:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field
2+ years of Product Management experience
2+ years of experience in international pricing and/or operations, including Customs & Border Crossing, CL, LCL, and Air Freight
2+ years of experience supporting RFPs, bids, pricing strategy, contracts, and revenue management
2+ years of experience in data analytics, engineering, or scientific disciplines
Experience leading products through the full product lifecycle
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
Experience working cross-functionally in agile product and technology environments
Ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across teams
Strong understanding of prioritization frameworks, roadmap management, and OKRs
Experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain technology
Experience with managed services, SaaS platforms, or two-sided networks
Exposure to pricing, operations, customs, warehousing, intermodal, or over-the-road transportation
Experience with AI-enabled platforms, intelligent workflows, automation, or decision-support systems
Experience in data analytics, engineering, or data science environments
Interest in mentorship and future people leadership opportunities
Oracle AI Certifications (OCI)
