About Us

Integrate is a Seattle-based company building multiplayer project management software for the world’s most ambitious machines.

We focus on the hardest coordination problems in deep tech like rocket launches and advanced manufacturing, where progress depends on seamless collaboration across companies. Increasingly, this work sits at the intersection of two of the most consequential forces shaping the modern world: defense and artificial intelligence, where both the pace of innovation and the stakes of execution are exceptionally high.

Integrate enables teams to collaborate with vendors, customers, and partners as fluidly as modern tools support internal teams. Our mission is to modernize how organizations build together in the emerging deep tech economy, reducing friction, misalignment, and unnecessary work at every step.

Our Solution
Traditional project management tools weren’t designed for the speed, scale, and interdependence of modern hardware development. Integrate is purpose-built for this new reality.

We provide a platform that brings clarity and structure to complex, cross-organizational programs helping teams communicate effectively, stay aligned, and move faster with confidence. By improving how critical information is shared and decisions are made, we enable organizations to focus on what matters most: building the future.

About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced, high-velocity Senior Product Manager who thrives on both fast execution and thoughtful, customer-driven product development. You’ll be a core part of our product team, driving execution, shaping strategy, and ensuring that our engineering and design teams are operating at full speed.

This role requires someone who can move fast without breaking things, balancing methodical, high-quality product thinking with a bias toward shipping quickly and learning fast.

Why Join Us?
You’ll be joining a team that values clarity, ownership, and precision and working closely with the VP of Product, CEO, and engineering leadership to shape the future of our product and company. This role offers the opportunity to own critical initiatives, build systems and processes, and develop into a senior leadership position within a fast-scaling organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead product initiatives from definition through launch, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
  • Define, write, and iterate on product specs that synthesize input from customers, engineering, and business stakeholders.
  • Facilitate scoping and prioritization discussions to balance technical feasibility, user needs, and strategic goals.
  • Coordinate execution and delivery, proactively identifying dependencies, resolving roadblocks, and maintaining progress visibility across teams.
  • Engage directly with customers to collect insights and validate solutions through qualitative and quantitative feedback.
  • Establish and track key metrics, reporting on performance, adoption, and outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with design and engineering to refine workflows, optimize UX, and ensure implementation quality.
  • Advocate for cross-functional alignment, ensuring mutual understanding between engineering, product, and business leadership.
  • Prototype and communicate ideas quickly using design and flow tools to bring clarity to concepts before development.
  • Triage and track: work with QA and speak with customers to assess the impact and urgency of bugs and enhancements

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of professional product management experience.
  • Significant time spent in fast-paced startup environments.
  • Proven track record operating in both small (<50 employees) and larger (200+ employees) organizations.
  • Demonstrated success delivering complex, multi-stakeholder products end-to-end.
  • Experience managing and reporting on metrics, product performance, and roadmap progress

Technical Skills

  • Strong technical fluency; comfortable engaging in engineering discussions and reviewing technical specs.
  • Ability to run development builds locally, understand APIs, and communicate effectively with technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in product design and flow tools such as Figma or Excalidraw.
  • Familiarity with role-based access control systems and other complex permission models.
  • Understanding of data-driven decision-making through analytics and experimentation

Execution and Leadership

  • High agency execution style. Anticipate and complete initiatives before being asked.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Proven ability to drive execution under tight timelines while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Experienced in planning, triaging issues, removing blockers, and ensuring smooth execution across teams.
  • Skilled at aligning multiple stakeholders around shared priorities and decisions.

Communication and Collaboration

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly articulate and capable of producing concise, high-quality documentation and executive summaries.
  • Experienced in leading scoping discussions, presenting feature proposals, and driving consensus.
  • Strong cross-functional empathy; able to translate business, user, and technical perspectives clearly

Strategic Thinking and Product Judgment

  • Deep understanding of customer needs and user experience best practices.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect product decisions to company strategy and outcomes.
  • Comfortable operating with ambiguity and balancing long-term strategy with short-term execution

Tech Stack

  • Cursor/Claude Code, etc
  • Figma/Replit/Lovable, etc
  • Linear
  • Slack/Notion
  • Amplitude/Datadog/Grafana

Bonus Points

  • Prior experience building or managing products with complex system interactions and multi-role access.
  • Familiarity with government or defense sector customers, including an understanding of federal procurement processes, security requirements, and departmental structures (e.g., DOD, federal agencies).
  • Awareness of government-specific pain points such as compliance, contracting, security, inefficiencies and data governance.
  • Experience designing products for both commercial and public-sector users
