You'll be working with our HomeMade team which provides an aged care management model that helps older Australians and their families in Support At Home programs design and manage their own care. This role will work directly with HomeMade while also playing a strategic part in ensuring Mable's platform and products can be scaled to power future B2B partnerships across the group. If you've worked across multiple brands or larger enterprise platforms, that experience will be genuinely valued here.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading, focusing, and prioritising a high-performing product squad of Design, Data, and Engineering team members towards a strategic goal
- Working across Mable's aged care products and HomeMade's B2B proposition, with an eye on how Mable's platform can scale to power future B2B solutions across the Attain HealthTech group
- Understanding user goals and expectations across both consumer and B2B contexts, then working to build industry-leading customer experiences
- Using strong people and leadership skills to collaborate closely with marketing, customer service, finance, engineering, and data teams across brands
- Understanding a complex regulatory environment across the NDIS, Support At Home and more
- Balancing customer, engineering, and commercial requirements to build a prioritised backlog and roadmap
- Testing both qualitative and quantitative hypotheses quickly, in order to iterate and grow the business
- Storytelling your squad's product experience internally and externally
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
- 5+ years experience in a consumer SaaS, enterprise, e-commerce or marketplace product
- Deep knowledge and understanding of analytics tools and reporting, with a proven track record of data driven decision making
- Comfortable in an agile environment, including working closely with engineering to groom backlogs and line up sprints
- Ability to take insights from strong stakeholders and bring them on a journey through to a well scoped yet delightful outcome
- You enjoy talking to your customer and getting their insights and feedback
- You seek to understand the problem for the immediate customer as well as the implications to internal and external stakeholders
- Experience with a regulated environment is a plus
