Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Product Manager
In this role, you will:
- Lead or participate in product management initiatives and deliverables for product lines or services
- Contribute to product analysis across applicable markets, conduct market research and market results-oriented analysis
- Review and analyze marketing programs for new products or enhancements including identification of market segments, product positioning, product bundling, pricing and profitability
- Resolve moderately complex issues and lead team to meet project goals, objectives and deliverables
- Ensure programs adhere to compliance, privacy regulations and policies
- Collaborate and consult with managers, analysts and project teams to ensure that goals are achieved
- Lead projects, teams or serve as a mentor
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Product Management experience, product development experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- 4+ years of hands-on Product Owner or Product Manager experience in an Agile product development environment, with demonstrated backlog ownership and delivery execution.
- 12+ years of experience in Banking, Financial Services, FinTech, GCC, or MNC environments supporting technology-driven products or platforms, preferably for US markets.
- Strong experience gathering requirements from stakeholders and end users and converting them into clear, testable user stories with acceptance criteria.
- Solid understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum and/or Kanban) and active participation in Agile ceremonies.
- Hands-on experience using Jira, Confluence, or similar tools for backlog management, documentation, and delivery tracking.
- Ability to analyze business and data insights to drive prioritization and decision-making; SQL or reporting experience strongly preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across business and technology teams and across time zones.
- Bachelor's degree (B.E, B.Tech, MCA, MBA, B.Sc, B.Com, or equivalent practical experience).
Job Expectations:
- Experience in Commercial Banking, Capital Finance, Asset Based Lending (ABL), Inventory Finance, Distribution Finance, Receivables or Trade Finance products.
- Familiarity with banking risk management, regulatory controls, and compliance-driven delivery environments.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with data-intensive platforms or reporting solutions.
- Exposure to dashboarding and visual analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Experience with wireframing, process visualization, or journey mapping using tools such as Visio, Balsamiq, or similar.
- Product, Agile, or Business Analysis certifications such as CSPO, PSPO, CSM, or IIBA.
- Demonstrate strong ownership, accountability, and decision-making to drive outcomes in a complex, regulated environment.
- Work effectively with US-based stakeholders, including flexibility to support required working-hour overlap.
- Apply data-driven and analytical thinking to balance customer experience, business value, risk, and delivery feasibility.
- Use approved AI tools responsibly (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to improve productivity, documentation quality, and analysis while ensuring human validation and compliance.
- Maintain high standards of documentation, traceability, and transparency across product delivery activities.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, quality, and efficiency while aligning with organizational risk and control expectations.
