We are dedicated to shaping the future of travel by partnering with 200+ airline, hospitality, cruise, passenger rail, and financial services companies to create new, meaningful revenue streams through incredible customer experiences. Rooted in our core values of being ambitious, innovative, and collaborative, we are driven to continuously raise the bar, exceed expectations, and bring out the best in everyone, fostering a culture where we believe we are better together, working towards an extraordinary future in travel. Come help us transform everyday travel into extraordinary experiences.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for one or more of our mature product lines, ensuring they continue to deliver value for our Hospitality partners. You will drive clarity in problem spaces, shape product direction, and translate opportunities into actionable plans that balance user needs, partner requirements, and business outcomes.
In this role, you’ll work closely with engineering, design, data, AI/ML and commercial stakeholders to ensure we are solving the right problems and building high-quality, scalable solutions. You’ll lead discovery efforts, define success metrics, guide teams through delivery, and support the end-to-end lifecycle of your product area. You will bring strong systems thinking, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to simplify complex spaces into a clear, coherent strategy.
As a senior member of the product team, you will model high standards of product craft, influence across teams, and help elevate how we define, build, and launch excellent products across our portfolio of loyalty currency and ancillary revenue solutions.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Product Strategy & Roadmap Ownership
- Develop and own the long-term strategy for your product area, grounded in customer and partner needs, market dynamics, and broader company objectives.
- Create and maintain a clear, prioritised roadmap that reflects tradeoffs, aligns stakeholders, and sets direction for engineering and design counterparts.
- Identify opportunities to enhance performance, scalability, and usability across mature product lines and emerging capabilities.

Discovery & Problem Definition
- Lead structured discovery work to uncover user and partner problems, validate assumptions, and identify high-leverage opportunities.
- Synthesize insights from qualitative feedback, quantitative data, competitive research, and input from commercial teams.
- Define customer problems clearly and ensure teams maintain a shared understanding of the “why” behind what we build.

Execution & Delivery
- Partner with engineering and design to scope solutions, write clear product requirements, and drive high-quality execution throughout the development lifecycle.
- Ensure delivery teams understand priorities, success metrics, and how work connects to broader product and company goals.
- Collaborate closely with analytics teams to define KPIs, measurement frameworks, and dashboards that track the health and performance of your product area.
- Support ongoing iteration and optimization by translating learnings into continuous product improvements.

Cross-Functional & Stakeholder Leadership
- Act as the primary contact for your product area across commercial, partner success, and operational teams.
- Work with commercial teams to understand partner needs while ensuring alignment to product strategy rather than reactive feature requests.
- Communicate product plans, decisions, and tradeoffs clearly and proactively to stakeholders at all levels.
- Contribute to enhancing our product operating model through strong collaboration, documentation, and best-practice sharing.

Impact & Accountability
- Drive measurable outcomes across product performance, revenue contribution, user experience, and partner satisfaction.
- Anticipate risks, manage dependencies, and ensure high-integrity commitments by balancing ambition with feasibility.
- Support readiness for launches in partnership with go-to-market and enablement teams, ensuring smooth adoption and measurable success.
