Job Description

Looking to make a big impact on the future of airline retailing? Our team at ATPCO is shaping how the industry manages, merchandises, and distributes airline products globally. We’re on the lookout for a Senior Product Manager to join us.

This role is on the Routehappy product team. Routehappy helps airlines show travelers what they’re really buying when they shop for flights — not just price and schedule, but the actual product experience. It combines standardized product details with supporting visuals so customers can easily compare options and make confident choices. The Attributes Product Manager role owns the structured product information that powers these comparisons and supports effective airline merchandising.

The Attributes Product Manager works in partnership with the Product Owner to own the delivery of merchandising-related API features from business requirements through development and release.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define product features and ensure they align with the overall product strategy.

  • Develop and refine the product roadmap, prioritizing features that deliver measurable business value.

  • Oversee the development of new features, balancing customer needs with budget and technical constraints.

  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure technical specifications align with the desired user experience.

  • Utilize industry expertise, customer insights, and market research to inform product decisions and enhancements.

  • Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams, including Product, Commercial, Marketing, and Strategy, ensuring alignment throughout the product lifecycle.

  • Plan and execute product releases, managing timelines and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.

  • Engage with internal stakeholders to drive product adoption, meet KPIs, and enhance customer value.

  • Promote an agile, customer-centric culture focused on innovation, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation, A/B testing, and experimentation to drive product decisions.

  • Growth-Focused Strategy: Proven success in driving user acquisition, conversion, and retention through strategic product initiatives.

  • Technical Understanding: Familiarity with machine learning concepts, data insights, and their practical application to enhance product performance.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experienced in partnering with engineering, marketing, and business teams to align product roadmaps with organizational goals.

  • Product Analytics Expertise: Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics or similar platforms to monitor KPIs and guide decisions.

  • Agile Methodologies: Experienced in agile frameworks to enable fast, flexible product development.

  • Strategic Thinker: Skilled at balancing technical feasibility with business impact and prioritizing initiatives effectively.

  • Customer-Centric Innovator: Adept at translating customer insights into impactful product improvements.

  • Effective Communicator: Strong ability to convey strategic insights clearly to stakeholders and influence decision-making.

  • Proactive Problem Solver: Experienced in identifying challenges and driving scalable, high-impact solutions.

If you are passionate about driving product growth, enhancing customer experiences, and delivering measurable business outcomes, we encourage you to apply!
