We are seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager to lead high-impact initiatives across the Halcyon platform.
In this role, you will take ownership of major product areas and drive them from problem definition through launch and post-release optimization. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, partnering closely with engineering, go-to-market teams, and customers to deliver measurable business and customer outcomes. This is a highly visible, customer-facing position suited for a PM who is comfortable navigating ambiguity, making principled tradeoffs, and being accountable for results. Security experience is helpful, but we are primarily looking for an exceptional product manager with strong judgment, execution capability, and customer presence.
What You’ll DoOwn Major Product Initiatives
- Translate company objectives and customer needs into clear product strategies and execution plans.
- Define scope, prioritize effectively, and manage tradeoffs aligned with business goals.
- Drive initiatives from discovery through general availability and iteration.
- Measure and report on outcomes, not just feature delivery.
Lead Customer Engagement
- Engage directly with enterprise customers and prospects to validate problems and solutions.
- Represent the product in roadmap discussions, executive briefings, and deep technical conversations.
- Synthesize structured feedback into actionable product decisions.
Drive Cross-Functional Execution
- Partner closely with engineering to define requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure successful launches and adoption.
- Identify risks early and proactively drive resolution.
Make High-Quality Decisions
- Prioritize based on customer impact, strategic alignment, and business value.
- Operate effectively in ambiguous or evolving environments.
- Communicate clearly and concisely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Required
- 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
- Demonstrated track record of independently leading complex initiatives end-to-end.
- Strong experience engaging directly with enterprise customers.
- Proven ability to ship impactful features with measurable results.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred
- Experience in cybersecurity, infrastructure, or endpoint technologies.
- Experience in startup or high-growth environments.
- Technical fluency sufficient to partner deeply with engineering teams.

Base Salary Range: $170-210k, 10% bonus, and equity.
In accordance with applicable state and federal laws, the range provided is Halcyon’s reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may differ based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location. Base pay is one part of the total package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and equity in the Company.
