How you’ll make an impact. 

As a Senior Product Manager, you will shape the future of LawVu’s Contract capability by driving meaningful business and customer value. You will own the strategic direction of the product, clarify the problems that matter most, and prioritise the opportunities that create the greatest impact. You will guide the product from early discovery through long term evolution, using deep customer insight to bring clarity where there is ambiguity and empower design and engineering to build the right things. Alongside delivering outcomes such as simpler workflows, improved adoption, and stronger commercial performance, you will also contribute to the wider product practice by sharing frameworks, raising the quality bar, and helping build and maintain a high performing and collaborative product organisation. 

What you’ll do  

Product strategy and discovery  

• Build an expert understanding of customers, their workflows, the contract management ecosystem, and the competitive CLM landscape, using market and technology trends to inform future product direction 

• Lead discovery using interviews, research, data, and experimentation to validate customer value and business viability 

• Define clear problem statements and test solution hypotheses with speed and rigor 

• Co-create product strategy and annual or quarterly OKRs in close partnership with your Trio, fellow Product Managers, GtM teams, and stakeholders so that priorities and direction remain aligned across product 

Roadmap, planning and execution 

• Develop and maintain a product roadmap focused on value, strategic alignment, and measurable outcomes 

• Translate strategic direction into well defined scopes, success metrics, and release plans 

• Ensure your delivery squad, design partners, and GtM teams understand the product vision and can clearly articulate customer value 

• Act as the decision maker when trade offs arise, using evidence and principles to break ties and maintain momentum 

AI and modern Product craft 

• Identify high‑value opportunities where AI can enhance legal workflows through automation, prediction, or smarter decision support, and ensure these align with responsible use principles 

• Partner with engineering to validate technical feasibility, run focused AI experiments, and incorporate relevant advances in AI and legal tech into future product direction 

Lifecycle ownership and continuous improvement 

• Monitor commercial performance, product analytics, and customer feedback to understand product health 

• Manage the product across its full lifecycle (launch, iteration, maintenance, and sunset) to ensure continuity and value at every stage 

• Work closely with other Product Managers to ensure your product decisions align with shared strategy, maintain cohesion across the platform, and reinforce a unified customer experience.

• Your roadmap is focused, intentional, and executed against clear outcomes 

• Everyone working on or around your product understands what is being built, why it matters, and how success is measured 

• Customer and commercial metrics are defined, tracked, and improving 

• You elevate LawVu’s product practice and amplify our values 

• You foster a strong, engaged, and high performing cross functional team 

What you’ll need… 

• 5+ years in SaaS and 5+ years in product or delivery focused roles 

• Experience with Legal Tech or Contract Management tools is a plus 

• Strong product strategy, discovery, and roadmapping capability 

• Proven ability to lead cross functional teams through ambiguity to meaningful outcomes 

• Experience with product launch and go to market strategy 

• Solid financial analysis and forecasting skills 

• Strong understanding of business analysis and product metrics 

• Familiarity with modern AI concepts and how AI can be responsibly applied to legal workflows 

• An enabling, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for solving real customer problems
