About Us

Suger helps B2B software companies sell through cloud marketplaces like AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle, Alibaba, and Snowflake - now one of the fastest-growing enterprise sales channels.

Marketplace sales are operationally complex: pricing, contracting, billing, revenue recognition, and compliance all intersect across multiple cloud providers. Suger removes this complexity with an API-first revenue platform that powers quote-to-cash and marketplace workflows at scale.

Launched in 2022, Suger works with over 250 B2B customers, from large enterprises like Snowflake and Intel to fast-growing startups like Glean and Vanta. We’re a Series A company backed by Threshold VC, Craft Ventures, Intel Capital, and Y Combinator.

We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for critical parts of Suger’s platform, with a focus on AI-driven automation in revenue operations.

In this role, you’ll define how AI is applied to complex enterprise workflows across pricing, contracting, billing, and compliance - areas where correctness, trust, and explainability matter as much as speed. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, GTM teams, and customers to translate real operational pain points into products that are both technically deep and commercially impactful. This is a hands-on, systems-oriented PM role. You’ll work “close to the metal” by shaping platform primitives, data models, and automation boundaries, not just feature specs, and by making tradeoffs across scalability, reliability, and customer experience.

This role is ideal for a PM who:
• Enjoys owning ambiguous, high-impact problem spaces
• Is excited by complex systems and platform products
• Wants to shape how AI is used in production, not just prototypes
• Is comfortable partnering deeply with senior engineers and enterprise customers

We work in a hybrid work model, with 4 days per week in the Downtown office.

In this role, you will

  • Design end-to-end user journeys for AI-powered workflows and continuously iterate on the user experience. You’ll balance customer impact, system reliability, and engineering complexity when making product decisions.
  • Work closely with Customer Success to gather qualitative and quantitative feedback on how customers interact with AI-driven features. You’ll occasionally support onboarding or troubleshooting to deeply understand real-world user behavior, edge cases, and trust concerns around automation.
  • Develop and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for intelligent systems that automate and optimize pricing, contracting, billing, and compliance workflows.
  • Define clear success metrics for AI-powered features, including adoption, accuracy, efficiency gains, and customer outcomes, and deliver measurable business impact.
  • Partner closely with engineering to test, validate, and ship AI-enabled products, ensuring correctness, transparency, and reliability in production environments.

We're seeking someone with experience including:

  • 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, developer platforms, or enterprise software.
  • Strong understanding of the full product lifecycle, from problem discovery and prototyping to production deployment, iteration, and monitoring - including products with complex backend or data dependencies.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across engineering, design, customer-facing teams, and leadership to align on goals and execution.
  • Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to uncover underlying problems and opportunities, even when existing workflows appear to be functioning well.
  • A data-driven mindset, with experience using data to validate hypotheses, evaluate AI system performance, measure success, and inform product direction.
  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, sales operations, billing systems, or cloud marketplaces is a strong plus.
  • Experience working on AI-powered products, automation, APIs, or data-intensive systems is a strong plus.

Why You Join Us

  • Base Pay Range: $130,000 - 180,000 CAD
  • Competitive compensation and equity plan.
  • Monthly office stipends for lunch and commute-related benefits.
  • Full healthcare benefits - extended health care, dental, vision, and life insurance.
  • Work alongside a top-notch team with experience at Google, Meta, Salesforce, Pave, Motive, and Square - building AI agent and AI infrastructure SaaS that powers revenue workflows.
  • Own a major pillar of our go-to-market strategy from day one - driving architecture, engineering standards, and platform reliability with the autonomy to build what you think is right.
  • Fast-moving, flat org with real product-market fit and big ambitions where you’ll ship quickly, influence the roadmap, and see direct customer impact.
