WHAT’S ON OFFER
Reporting to the Director of Engineering Development we’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to own key product areas across ODAIA’s platform. You’ll work closely with engineering, data science, design, and commercial stakeholders to define product strategy, translate customer and business needs into clear requirements, and deliver high-impact features end to end.This role is ideal for a PM who is comfortable working with data-heavy systems, ambiguous problem spaces, and cross-functional teams—and who can balance customer needs with platform scalability.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle and roadmap, driving strategic alignment and measurable impact
  • Partner closely with customers, Customer Success, Engineering, Design, Technical PMs, and Data Science to solve high-value business and user problems
  • Lead problem discovery and validation before solutioning, using rapid prototyping, iteration, and experimentation
  • Drive both product strategy and execution with a strong Product Manager and Product Owner mindset
  • Ensure a cohesive, high-quality product experience across features and releases
  • Translate insights into clear use cases, value propositions, and product narratives in support of Product Marketing and customer education
  • Leverage ODAIA’s data and AI capabilities to inform decisions and unlock new product opportunities
  • Communicate impact through clear, outcome-driven storytelling with data
  • Balance quantitative analysis with qualitative insight, validating strong product instincts with data and ROI
  • Build what customers truly need, not just what they ask for
  • Introduce new product initiatives and best practices as the organization scales
  • Demonstrate product leadership by reinforcing product sense and customer empathy across the company
WHAT YOU BRING
  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS, data, or AI-driven products
  • Proven experience owning end-to-end product lifecycle and roadmaps
  • Strong track record of solving complex customer and business problems through data-driven solutions
  • Experience working closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Customer Success
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution
  • Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with quantitative and qualitative data to inform decisions
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate insights into compelling narratives for customers and internal stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across multiple teams
  • Customer-first mindset with a focus on building what customers truly need
  • Experience in AI, analytics, or life sciences is a plus
  • Passion for mentoring and growing other product team members

LOCATION
ODAIA is a remote first organization, with employees located across Canada and the U.S. Our primary office hub is located in central downtown Toronto and walking distance from Union Station.

The anticipated base salary for this position ranges from $145,000.00 to $165,000.00 CAD 
This range represents ODAIA's good-faith estimate based on current market data and internal equity. Final compensation is determined through a comprehensive review of the successful candidate’s unique skill set, specialized experience, and relevant certifications. As such, the final offer may vary based on these specific factors. Salary expectations will be discussed collaboratively early in the process to ensure alignment. This role is also eligible for health benefits, stock options, and flexible time off policies as mentioned above.
