As the Senior Product Manager on the Tempus One Platform team, you’ll play a key role in designing, scoping, and building horizontal GenAI solutions that power innovation across the company. We partner closely with product and engineering teams to integrate state-of-the-art GenAI capabilities into a wide range of products, enabling them to deliver smarter, more impactful experiences.
What You'll Do:
Immerse yourself in the tough problems we’re solving, and team with scientists, engineers, and designers to develop elegant software solutions to solve those problems
Be a key player in defining business requirements, project execution plans, and launch strategy
Work with developers and stakeholder teams to deliver product releases that are stable in production and satisfy scalability, reliability, and performance goals
Conduct deep product analysis and use the data to guide the short- and long-term roadmap for the team
Own stakeholder communication and expectation management around roadmap and delivery timelines for your products
Lead operational change management for production changes and any related workflow impacts
Analyze and report on product performance and adoption metrics
What we’re looking for:
5+ years of experience in technical product management or building software within the technology or biotech industry
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to translate complex topics across diverse teams including engineering, operations, medical professionals, and data scientists
Proven ability to manage the day-to-day technical and design direction for large-scale systems
Demonstrated eagerness to learn new technologies and domains quickly
A collaborative mindset, enjoying learning from and working with diverse, talented teams
Experience with fast-paced, agile environments, including coordinating cross-team collaboration, troubleshooting roadblocks, and writing documentation
Familiarity with software development and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello)
Bonus points:
Experience in platform software, SaaS, and/or artificial intelligence/machine learning
Experience leveraging GenAI tools in day-to-day work to boost productivity, accelerate learning, and focus on high-impact problems.
Experience in biotech, genomics, and/or precision medicine
