About the Job
As a Product Manager in the Public Safety domain, you will define and drive the strategy for LiveU’s end-to-end solutions—covering both hardware and software—designed for the unique needs of public safety organizations. You will develop a deep understanding of this market, identify customer requirements, and build a clear roadmap that delivers innovative, reliable solutions for critical operations.
You will serve as the focal point for the public safety domain, working closely with engineering, SW/HW teams, sales, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of products that meet customer expectations and support LiveU’s business goals.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Market Analysis and Strategy Development:
- Conduct in-depth research to understand the public safety sector, its challenges, and trends.
- Develop a clear vision and strategic roadmap for LiveU’s public safety solutions.
- Customer-Centric Development:
- Translate customer and user needs into prioritized backlogs and product requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with public safety customers to gather insights and validate product concepts.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and other product managers to ensure seamless integration of features and technologies.
- Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Operational Excellence:
- Oversee the successful delivery of public safety products and services, ensuring they meet quality and performance standards.
- Optimize customer-facing workflows to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
- Go-to-Market Support: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create compelling materials and strategies for product
- At least 5 years of proven experience in outbound product management, specifically in B2B multi-discipline products.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to define and prioritize complex requirements.
- Advantage: Knowledge or experience in video streaming technologies and/or public safety markets.
- Advantage: combined experience with hardware and software products.
- Passionate about solving customer challenges through innovative products.
- Independent, self-driven, and creative with a "can-do" approach.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluency in English: verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- A first degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science or Industrial Engineering, is preferred.
- Willingness to travel abroad
