THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Product Manager who builds clarity, not just features — someone who can connect user insights, data, and commercial outcomes to create real business impact.

As a Product Manager at Indie Campers, you’ll own problems end-to-end: identifying what truly matters to our customers and business, defining success in measurable terms, and leading your squad to deliver meaningful results. You’ll translate strategy into focus, data into decisions, and collaboration into progress.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

  • Frame problems before building solutions — use data, user insights, and business context to define what’s worth solving and why.
  • Shape and drive a clear product strategy that connects company objectives with measurable customer and business outcomes.
  • Partner closely with Engineering and Design to turn validated insights into valuable, usable, and feasible solutions.
  • Define and track product metrics that go beyond vanity — measure real progress toward customer value and business impact.
  • Use experimentation, data analysis, and iteration to continuously improve.
  • Communicate with context: align stakeholders through clarity, not slides.
  • Build a shared understanding of priorities and empower your team to deliver autonomously.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • 3+ years of experience owning outcomes in a digital B2C or marketplace product.
  • A track record of shaping product direction and delivering measurable results.
  • Analytical thinker who uses data to drive clarity and action.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — proactive, curious, and biased toward impact.
  • Comfortable operating from strategy to execution; equally fluent in business, design, and tech conversations.
  • Strong communicator and collaborator with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent in English. Based in or open to relocating to Lisbon (hybrid setup: 4 days a week at HQ near Entrecampos).
