Senior Product Manager- Advertiser

As a Senior Product Manager on the Realize team, our industry-leading performance advertising platform powering thousands of advertisers worldwide, in our Tel Aviv office, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of Taboola’s performance advertising platform, used by thousands of advertisers worldwide. Your mission will be to deeply understand advertiser needs, design data-driven solutions that maximize ROI, and define how performance marketing achieves measurable success. You’ll collaborate closely with Data Science, R&D, UX, and Business teams to push the boundaries of optimization and predictive performance. To thrive in this role, you'll need:

• Product Management Expertise- 6+ years of experience driving complex, data-intensive products from concept to launch, with a proven track record of measurable performance impact.
• Analytical Sharpness- Skilled at diving deep into data, identifying optimization opportunities, and translating insights into scalable product initiativesֿ
• Technical Fluency- Strong understanding of algorithms and machine learning concepts. Able to collaborate effectively with engineering and data science teams.
• Exceptional Communication Skills- Able to engage confidently with global stakeholders, translate complex technical concepts into clear narratives, and align teams behind a shared vision.ֿ
• Proactive Ownership- A results-driven approach with the initiative to anticipate challenges, seize opportunities, and deliver high-impact outcomes.
  

Bonus points if you have:

• AdTech Expertise- Background in advertising technology, ideally with hands-on experience working with optimization or bidding systems.
• Algorithmic Curiosity- Familiarity with predictive modeling, reinforcement learning, or statistical optimization in large-scale systems.
  

How you’ll make an impact:

• Transform insights into outcomes - Leverage data and performance analytics to build breakthrough product capabilities that directly drive advertiser ROI, improve conversion rates, and scale impact.
• Lead cross-functional execution -  build and launch features that elevate campaign performance benchmarks.
• Stay close to customers - partner closely with Business and Clients to understand their needs when it comes to maximizing performance and ROI, and building amazing solutions for them.
• Push the boundaries of optimization - pioneer next-generation optimization strategies that push performance boundaries, align with Taboola’s long-term vision, and redefine performance advertising.
• Test, learn, and scale - design and interpret large-scale A/B tests that uncover actionable insights, validate hypotheses, and guide data-driven product evolution.
