Senior Product Manager

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager who thrives at the intersection of user experience, technology, and strategy. You’ll lead end-to-end product development — from concept to launch — collaborating closely with design, engineering, and data teams to deliver intuitive, secure, and impactful products.

With over 50,000 cybersecurity alumni worldwide, IronCircle is highly experienced at delivering the most effective accelerated cybersecurity training and educational programs.

Responsibilities:

• Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and execution strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design exceptional UX-first products.
• Leverage insights from user research, data, and market trends to drive product decisions.
• Partner with AI and cybersecurity teams to integrate intelligent and secure solutions.
• Translate customer and stakeholder needs into clear requirements and deliverables.
• Drive go-to-market alignment with marketing and customer success teams.
• Measure success with data-driven KPIs and continuous product optimization.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS, AI, or EdTech.
• Proven track record of delivering user-centric products with measurable business impact.
• Strong understanding of UX principles and collaboration with design teams.
• Experience working with AI-driven or cybersecurity-related products is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Data-oriented mindset with comfort in analytics and experimentation.

Nice to Have:

• Background in cybersecurity, AI, or educational technology.
• Experience in B2B2C product environments.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and rapid iteration cycles.
