Job Description

What you’ll do

As the Senior Product Manager you will support the discovery of new opportunities for the group and, leveraging your strategic skillset, quickly iterate to validate product market fit. Your commercial mindset will ensure you are able to recognise opportunities to improve the experience for our customers while delivering value to the business. Each day will be different but you will spend your time: 

  • Leading the discovery of new business opportunities. 
  • Rapidly validating hypotheses through experiments, tests or pilots with users. 
  • Expertly interpreting user and market data and drawing clear actionable insights. 
  • Managing dependencies and ensuring alignment with dependant squads. 
  • Building positive, win-win working relationships with 3rd party-services, vendors and partners to execute your plans. 
  • Defining and communicating compelling product visions and product strategies to pitch to our most senior stakeholders. 

Qualifications

What we’re looking for

We're looking for an experienced hands-on product leader with a track record of taking an idea and turning it into reality. You thrive in ambiguity, love solving hard problems, and are comfortable using data to validate your gut feel. 

  • Experience building products from scratch.
  • A curious mind and the ability to think outside of the box, breaking the mould of how things are done today. 
  • Extensive product toolkit so you know which tool, process, or framework to use for which job. 
  • A strong and clear communicator that thrives in a fast paced environment and is comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change. 
  • Demonstrated success collaborating with cross-functional teams, influencing and championing change in a business beyond your own squad. 
  • Experience working in a start up, incubator or internal innovation team.
