Summary Generated by Built In

Multiverse is the upskilling platform for AI and Tech adoption.

We have partnered with 1,500+ companies to deliver a new kind of learning that's transforming today’s workforce.

Our upskilling apprenticeships are designed for people of any age and career stage to build critical AI, data, and tech skills. Our learners have driven $2bn+ ROI for their employers, using the skills they’ve learned to improve productivity and measurable performance.

In June 2022, we announced a $220 million Series D funding round co-led by StepStone Group, Lightspeed Venture Partners and General Catalyst. With a post-money valuation of $1.7bn, the round makes us the UK’s first EdTech unicorn.

But we aren’t stopping there. With a strong operational footprint and 800+ employees, we have ambitious plans to continue scaling. We’re building a world where tech skills unlock people’s potential and output.
Join Multiverse and power our mission to equip the workforce to win in the AI era.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a passionate Senior Product Manager to work on preparing the workforce to win in the age of AI.

How does a large-scale enterprise business identify the right employees to learn the right skills? What does the world’s most engaging upskilling platform look and feel like? How do you turn newly acquired skills into repeated application to real problems at work? How do you scale this globally? If these are product problems that excite you, Multiverse is where you can solve them.

You will be building a platform used by the largest employers in the world, across all industries. You’d be joining a fast growing, mission-driven tech team of 100+ product, engineering, design, data and AI/ML leaders.

SPECIFICALLY, YOU WILL:

  • Create product strategy and set a vision

  • Lead a squad of designers, engineers and data scientists to build the right product for the right reasons

  • Build your own product roadmap whilst maintaining and prioritising the product backlog

  • Track releases using clearly defined success metrics that move the needle

  • Acquire a deep understanding of our users in order to create a high quality experience that delivers real value and benefit to the user

ABOUT YOU:

  • You have 4+ years’ of experience as a Product Manager of cross-functional teams that deliver excellent software

  • You care about the outcome - not just the output, utilising data and creating metrics to quantify success

  • You believe in close collaboration with other disciplines as creative partners, using leading product practice to continuously deliver value and learning

  • You’re fluent in Agile methodologies and have worked with teams who utilise Scrum or Kanban frameworks

  • You’ve got exceptional stakeholder management skills, with experience in bringing business partners with you to develop class-leading products

  • You’re honest, candid, and have high standards. You thrive in a culture of open debate and continuous development.

EXTRA POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

  • Leveraged AI / ML in the products you’ve built

  • Built a product that uses many different kinds of data to provide insights and/or recommendations

  • Worked in B2B SaaS and / or EdTech

BENEFITS:

  • Time off - 27 days holiday, plus 5 additional days off: 1 life event day, 2 volunteer days, 2 company-wide wellbeing days (M-Powered Weekend) and 8 bank holidays per year.

  • Health & Wellness - private medical Insurance with Bupa, a medical cashback scheme, life insurance, gym membership & wellness resources through Wellhub and access to Spill - all in one mental health support.

  • Hybrid work offering - we collaborate in the London office 3 days per week.

  • Work-from-anywhere scheme - you'll have the opportunity to work from anywhere, up to 10 days per year.

  • Team fun - weekly socials, company wide events and office snacks!
