To join us as a Product Manager you’ll need:
- BS/MS in technology or business-related fields
- Minimum 5 years of experience in professional Product Management especially in a mobile environment
- Mobile app/UX experience to define frictionless and delightful user experiences
- Experience working with UX researchers and designers
- Deep understanding of the user experience
- Deep understanding of contemporary best practice on the iOS and Android platforms
- Knowledge and experience of using Product Management best practices
- Have an ability to influence others and work collaboratively to produce results across multiple functional teams
- First-hand knowledge of different agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban etc.)
- Technically proficient - You have collaborated with engineers in developing the technical architecture of the products you have built
- Skilled in using tools like Mixpanel, GA4, Amplitude, or similar to track user behavior and product performance.
- Ability to extract insights and make data-driven product decisions.
- Experienced in setting up event tracking, funnels, and dashboards for product metrics.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced and ambiguous environments, making effective prioritization trade-offs under pressure.
- Strong awareness of market trends, competition, and emerging technologies, and ability to integrate them into product strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Data fluency. You're experienced with working with data and insights to understand & measure your work
- Lead the full team to the end-to-end mobile making process, be the problem solver
- Regularly review product performance and make improvements to increase user value and business results.
- Collect business requirements from internal and external customers, writing specifications, working closely with development teams and product design teams to drive project schedules from design to release, and managing the production launch
- Work closely with our users, research, and customer success teams to deeply understand and address user needs
- Make tradeoff decisions based on technical and business insights and experimentation

As Bitaksi, we offer our users the convenience of hailing a taxi with just one tap and track the taxi’s arrival as well as the driver’s name, score, and license plate number. Our users can share information about their trip such as the driver’s name, the taxi’s license plate number, and their live location with any person they wish.
Moreover, our users can travel with their furry friends thanks to our Pet Taxi service in 24 cities we operate.
