Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and growth of critical products within our Identity and Fraud portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of business, customer needs, and technology, driving innovation while ensuring strong alignment with market demands and business goals.

Responsibilities

 

Lead Product Strategy: Own and evolve product strategy, identifying market opportunities and translating them into actionable product plans that deliver measurable business outcomes.

Market Research & Insights: Conduct in-depth market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive dynamics. Use advanced data analysis and insights to guide high-impact product decisions and ensure strong product-market fit.

Roadmap Development: Leverage research data and market insights to define and execute product requirements, shaping the long-term roadmap to drive sustainable business growth.

Data-Driven Decision-Making: Monitor product performance metrics and make informed, data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes and continuously improve customer experience.

Stakeholder Engagement: Gather, prioritize, and integrate feedback from customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to refine product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and evolving market demands.

Product Lifecycle Management: Lead multiple product initiatives, including managing releases of critical products, ensuring high quality, timely delivery, and cross-functional alignment.

Agile Leadership: Drive Agile practices within the product development lifecycle, ensuring clear backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and collaboration with engineering and design teams.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to develop strong go-to-market strategies, ensuring adoption and revenue growth.

Risk & Opportunity Management: Proactively identify risks, challenges, and opportunities, creating mitigation plans and strategies to maximize business impact.

Thought Leadership: Act as a subject-matter expert on the product, market, and customer needs, influencing both internal teams and external stakeholders.

 

Collaborate on AI-Driven Features: Help define and test use cases for AI in our products that delight customers.

Write User Stories and Requirements: Translate customer problems into clear product requirements, wireframes, and success metrics.

 

 

Qualifications

10+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of managing multiple products and delivering successful releases of critical products.

Deep expertise in defining strategy, shaping product roadmaps, and delivering measurable business results.

Experience using data and insights to inform product development with great knowledge of product analytics tools.

Experience using Jira, Aha!, and similar tools for product planning, tracking, and execution.
Strong background in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) with hands-on experience driving Agile adoption and best practices.

Demonstrated success in leveraging market research, customer insights, and advanced data analysis to inform product decisions.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a history of data-driven decision-making.

Strong stakeholder management and proven ability to influence senior executives, customers, and cross-functional teams.

Experience working in fast-paced, innovative industries such as SaaS, fintech, fraud/identity, or AI-driven solutions (preferred).

Ability to balance strategic vision with tactical execution, ensuring both near-term delivery and long-term growth.
