What you'll do
- Work closely with the leadership team to understand the company’s vision and identify problems to solve that align with that vision
- Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to understand key jobs-to-be-done and translate them into smart, focused product decisions
- Define and track clear success metrics tied to usage, retention, and business growth
- Work closely with engineering and design to scope work, unblock decisions, and execute with urgency
- Support GTM efforts by collaborating on launch strategy, pricing experiments, and product demos
- Help shape the product culture at Cyvl — you’ll be an early and foundational member of the team
Qualifications
- 4-7 years of experience in product management or related field in B2B software
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and ship impactful products
- Strong product sense and customer empathy — you know how to turn vague problems into clear solutions
- Comfortable digging into data, aligning stakeholders, and making fast, informed trade-offs
- Technical fluency — you don’t need to be an engineer, but you should understand APIs, data models, and the basics of modern AI/ML workflows
- Bonus: experience working on civic tech, infrastructure, GIS, or vertical SaaS
- Bonus: exposure to public sector, urban systems, or field-data workflows
