At Innovative Systems, we’ve been delivering trusted, high-impact solutions for over 50 years — and today, we’re growing faster than ever. Operating with the agility of a startup and the stability of a long-established leader, we’re on a mission to help businesses unlock the full power of their data.

In today’s world, clean, intelligent data is a powerful competitive edge. It improves the customer experience, drives smarter decisions, reduces risk, and accelerates growth. That’s where we come in. Through our FinScan®, Enlighten®, and PostLocate® solutions, we help businesses unlock the full potential of their data. Whether it’s ensuring compliance, improving data quality, or uncovering hidden insights, we deliver the technology and expertise to turn complex data into clear, actionable outcomes.

About the Role:

We are seeking a strategic, execution-oriented product leader to take ownership of FinScan’s product direction and roadmap.  In this role, you’ll lead a product management team and work closely with stakeholders across engineering, sales, marketing, and implementation to shape FinScan’s future driving development that delivers real value to customers and strengthens our position in the market.

You will be responsible for aligning business goals with product execution, managing the full product lifecycle, and ensuring we continue to deliver effective, intuitive, and market-leading AML and compliance solutions. This is a management position with the autonomy to influence direction and the responsibility to drive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy and Roadmap

  • Own the FinScan product roadmap in alignment with company strategy and customer needs
  • Identify growth opportunities by analyzing customer feedback, market trends, and competitive activity
  • Work with leadership to define the product vision, set priorities, and communicate plans across the organization

Product Execution and Lifecycle Management

  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and work with engineering to drive development
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across engineering, UX, QA, sales, and customer success
  • Ensure successful product releases through proactive planning, coordination, and communication
  • Lead the development of Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) in collaboration with key stakeholders—incorporating client feedback, RFI data, and market insights—to provide engineering with clear, actionable guidance for product enhancements and new modules.

Customer and Market Insight

  • Serve as the voice of the customer by gathering input from clients, industry trends, and internal teams
  • Stay on top of regulatory developments and technological advances that impact financial crime compliance
  • In collaboration with Product Marketing, conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform product positioning and investment

Team Leadership and Development

  • Manage and develop a team of product managers
  • Set clear goals and expectations; coach the team to deliver high-quality outcomes
  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning

Sales and Marketing Enablement

  • Partner with product marketing to craft messaging, go-to-market strategies, and collateral
  • Support sales by providing in-depth product knowledge, leading feature demonstrations, and offering subject matter expertise on product functionality and roadmap.

Qualifications, skills, and experience you need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as engineering or computer science; advanced coursework in data science, machine learning, or compliance is a plus
  • 6+ years of experience in product management, including at least 2 years in a leadership or team management role
  • Deep knowledge of AML/KYC regulations or financial crime technology
  • Strong background in B2B software, preferably in compliance, FinTech, or data-driven products
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex product initiatives with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills, including experience presenting to executives and clients
  • High level of intellectual curiosity, initiative, and customer focus

It’s a plus if you have:

  • Familiarity with project management and design tools like Jira, Miro, or Figma.
  • Experience in the latest software development technique, including Agile.
  • Experience working with global teams and enterprise clients
  • Comfort with prototyping and UX design practices

Why Join Us?

  • Be part of a company with over five decades of success and the momentum of a startup.
  • Lead strategic product initiatives that directly impact client outcomes and business success.
  • Be part of a collaborative team that values clear thinking, mutual respect, and putting the customer first.
  • Enjoy strong leadership support and real opportunities for advancement.
  • Help shape the future of how organizations harness their data — for growth, compliance, and everything in between.
