About the Opportunity
At Tricentis, we empower people to be their best selves and do their best work. We are looking for Senior Product Managers who can take ownership of key product areas. Specifically, our Data Integrity solution and/or the test case authoring experience in Tosca Cloud.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the vision, strategy, and execution of these core products, ensuring they deliver exceptional value to our customers. As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead by influence, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that address real customer needs and drive business growth.
You will be responsible for defining the product roadmap, prioritizing features, and ensuring successful product releases. Your expertise will help guide the organization in making strategic product decisions, and you will serve as a key point of contact for stakeholders across the company.
What You’ll Do:
- Own and maintain the product roadmap, working closely with agile teams and UX Designers to specify requirements and optimize the release process.
- Keep product backlogs groomed and aligned with evolving business priorities, proactively communicating significant changes to stakeholders.
- Gather and synthesize feedback from Sales, Customer Success, Support, and customers to inform product enhancements and future direction.
- Coordinate go-to-market activities for new features, demonstrating a deep understanding of customer problems and market needs.
- Serve as a trusted partner and subject matter expert for clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders.
- Review pricing and positioning strategies using insights from customer and market research, including meetings, calls, surveys, and industry events.
- Use product usage data and financial metrics to measure and communicate product success.
What You’ll Bring to Tricentis:
- Experience working in a B2B software company, ideally with enterprise customers.
- 5+ years in Product Management, with experience in agile software development environments.
- Proven ability to understand complex business and technical concepts, and to make balanced decisions when faced with trade-offs.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to reason in new situations and leverage data to drive decisions.
- Ability to thrive in rapidly evolving environments and stay current with emerging technology trends.
- Creative, forward-thinking, and international mindset.
- Ability to travel internationally up to 20%.
- Fluent English skills.
Nice to Haves
- Experience with test automation, quality assurance, or software testing tools.
- Familiarity with cloud-based SaaS products and modern web application design.
- Understanding of user experience (UX) best practices, especially for authoring or editing tools.
- Experience working with or designing low-code/no-code platforms.
- Experience with data quality, data validation, or data integration products.
- Familiarity with enterprise data management, ETL processes, or data warehousing.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance in data management.
- Background in analytics, business intelligence, or data governance.

However, our attractive compensation packages follow current market salaries and can therefore be significantly above the indicated minimum salary.
