How will you add value to the OpenPayd journey?
- Deliver new banking integrations across SEPA, SWIFT, FPS, and other local and cross-border payment schemes.
- Take ownership of the technical analysis of partner documentation and APIs to ensure feasibility and alignment with our platform.
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of integration projects, from initial scoping to testing and launch.
- Work closely with engineering, compliance, and operations teams to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant integrations.
- Identify and drive improvements across existing banking connections, focusing on reliability, performance, and coverage.
- Stay informed on regulatory and scheme updates and assess their impact on our integration landscape.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Proactive mindset and ability to manage multiple integration tracks simultaneously.
- A technical background or strong technical understanding (e.g. APIs, partner specs) is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work across teams and functions.
- A solid understanding of payment schemes and banking infrastructure.
- Previous experience delivering banking or PSP integrations.
- Ability to turn complex requirements into clear, actionable deliverables.
