We're looking for a Senior Product Manager based in Tel Aviv to join our growing team and take ownership of a core product area. You'll play a key role in shaping experiences that simplify complexity, improve lives, and drive real impact working across the organization to bring them to life.
What You will Do:
- Own your product area end-to-end, from vision and strategy to execution and delivery
- Obsess over our users, deeply understand their needs, pains, and motivations
- Turn complex workflows and data into intuitive, high-impact experiences
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, data, sales, CX, and marketing
- Define clear metrics and use data to drive prioritization and product decisions
- Stay informed on the healthcare and benefits landscape to inform product direction
- 5+ years of product management experience in B2B/B2B2C SaaS or platform products
- Experience working on complex, data-rich products or systems
- Strong passion for user experience and delivering intuitive, elegant solutions
- Track record of collaborating with go-to-market teams (sales, marketing, CS)
- Excellent communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven decision-maker with strong analytical skills
- Strategic mindset with a bias for action and ownership
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus
- Experience in startups or fast-paced environments preferred
- Advantage: Background in healthtech, insurtech, or HR tech
