Senior Product Manager

We're looking for a talented and passionate Senior Product Manager, to join the Wildlife Platform team.

As a PM in the Platform team, you make developing and operating a game faster and better at Wildlife than anywhere else. You'll do that by driving the Platform services' vision and your team's product management processes. You will build relationships with game teams and discover their pains, study what other games in the market do and what other Platform solutions offer, and create innovative solutions that fit Wildlife's needs. You'll be the subject matter expert of your services, ensuring that they provide world-class capabilities and that games leverage them to the fullest by sharing best practices and learnings. You will also contribute to the Platform's product culture, raising the bar of product practices with other PMs. You will push for a cohesive Platform where our (today, over 40) services offer a synergetic and high-quality experience for customers.

• Collaborate with engineers and data scientists to identify opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and deliver features and services that support tens of games and tens of millions of monthly active players;
• Study market products and game needs to propose innovative solutions and a product vision that speeds up and improves the quality of game development and operation;
• Partner with other product teams to ensure the cohesion of Platform services that generate more value together than they would individually;
• Improve the product management practices across the broader Engineering organization by partnering with PMs from other teams and raising the bar.

• University degree in STEM, business, or design courses, or related experience
• Proven experience in Product Management of digital products or management consulting; 
• Proven ability to collaborate with engineering teams, leading by influence, and driving a product vision.

• Proven experience in Product Management of Platform product teams.

• You can frame open-ended business problems and find creative, value-driven product solutions;
• You communicate in a structured way, both speaking and writing, especially in English;
• You are autonomous in leading the execution of solutions, proactively giving visibility to stakeholders, and asking for help whenever needed;
• You promote rigorous but pragmatic product practices among your team and other product teams;
• You can lead people by influence, not authority.
