Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who is committed to a customer-centric approach, creating more value for our existing customers. This role reports directly to the VP of Product.

As a Senior Product Manager at Rewind, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving meaningful value for our current customers while influencing key business outcomes like expansion revenue. You’ll pair a sharp product instinct with strong analytical and strategic thinking to identify growth opportunities, make data-driven decisions, and influence executive stakeholders.

We’re looking for a PM who’s not only great at talking to customers and shipping impactful features but who also digs into the data, understands business levers like NDR, and can present a compelling case to senior leadership to drive alignment and investment.

In your role, you will be:

  • Driving expansion revenue by identifying and delivering product opportunities that increase customer retention, adoption, and monetization.

  • Building and owning a strategic product roadmap aligned with company goals and customer needs.

  • Regularly analyzing product usage data, customer segmentation, and behavioral patterns to uncover trends and inform prioritization.

  • Speaking directly with customers weekly to deeply understand their pain points, goals, and how our product can solve their problems.

  • Translating qualitative insights and quantitative data into clear, actionable product opportunities and sharing them across the team.

  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Product Design and Engineering to write clear, concise specs and shipping high-impact features iteratively.

  • Defining and tracking key product metrics tied to both customer value and business outcomes (e.g., expansion, retention, NDR, margin).

  • Presenting product strategies, updates, and business cases to executive leadership to secure buy-in and alignment.

  • Working closely with Finance, Sales and Marketing to ensure successful go-to-market execution and internal enablement.

  • Leading discovery and delivery with urgency and customer focus — consistently reducing scope to ship fast and learn.

  • Upholding product quality standards and ensuring measurable impact from every release.

Qualifications

You should have at least 7 years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS environments, paired with experience focused on deepening value and developing pricing strategies.
You are proficient in conducting customer interviews and converting feedback into validated product decisions and are comfortable owning pricing, packaging, and commercial context of product work.

You also have:

  • Strong analytical mindset — experience creating basic models to identify insights and make product decisions.

  • Experience presenting product strategies and business cases to executive teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Collaborative style, with demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives in agile teams.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills — able to convey complex ideas clearly and inspire confidence.

  • Entrepreneurial spirit — you take ownership, thrive in uncertainty, and move with urgency.
