As a strategic leader, you’ll partner with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to bring innovative products to life and elevate the performance of existing ones. Your work will directly fuel customer engagement, retention, and Foxit’s growth.
🔍 What You’ll Do:
• Drive and align product strategy with business goals—balancing vision with delivery.
• Define and prioritize the product roadmap based on customer needs, technical feasibility, and business impact.
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute flawlessly, removing roadblocks and driving focus.
• Gather user insights and market trends to inform product development and differentiation.
• Monitor product performance through KPIs, analytics, and A/B testing to boost adoption and engagement.
• Champion go-to-market strategies—including positioning, pricing, and competitive analysis.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the org to maximize customer value and revenue growth.
• Mentor junior product managers and influence leadership decisions.
• Partner with engineering to manage AI/ML integrations and API-driven development.
• Ensure trust, security, and compliance are baked into everything we build.
💡 You’ll Thrive If You Have:
• 7+ years of product management experience, with 2+ in a senior or leadership role.
• Deep understanding of SaaS, enterprise products, and AI-driven services.
• Strong track record of scaling products and delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Comfort with cloud services (AWS, Azure), APIs, and integrations with platforms like OpenAI.
• A user-first mindset with strong UX intuition and data-informed decision-making.
• Hands-on experience in product strategy, pricing models, go-to-market planning, and monetization.
• Experience leading agile teams in dynamic, cross-functional environments.
