As a Product Manager focused on Core Platform and GenAI at WalkMe, you’ll drive B2B expansion and growth through innovative GenAI capabilities. WalkMe is already a critical tool for digital adoption, and your mission will be to make it indispensable to a broader audience within our customers' organizations. This role offers a unique opportunity to impact one of the company’s most strategic drivers and influence how GenAI is reshaping the workplace. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, and our customers to create innovative and intuitive GenAI experiences. Your research and insights into different personas and their needs will be crucial to our success. If you’re ready to push the boundaries of how people interact with GenAI, this is the role for you.
What will you actually be doing?
- Drive product features through their entire lifecycle: ideation, specification, development, release, analysis and iteration.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to discover and validate feature ideas.
- Identify customer needs and opportunities through data analysis, interviews, and research.
- Work closely with engineers to guide feature development and execution.
- Partner with UI/UX designers to ensure an excellent user experience.
- Analyze feature performance and identify optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.
- Engage with customers to understand their evolving needs in the AI landscape.
- Promote AI adoption across our customer base, emphasizing safe and effective use.
What should you bring to the table?
- 6+ years of experience generating outstanding results as a product manager.
- Experience in a SaaS B2B product from a tech company.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Prior experience in AI product development.
- A desire to make a positive impact through technology.
- Proficiency in using user insights, data, and statistical analyses to inform decisions.
- Experience in qualitative discovery and user interviews, with an ability to uncover counter-intuitive insights.
- Confidence in collaborating assertively, asking hard questions, and managing up.
- A collaborative spirit with strong cross-functional partnership and influence skills.
- Curiosity and empathy for users, with an instinct for creating simple, intuitive experiences.
- High execution skills, with a track record of driving complex development processes in dynamic environments.
- High motivation with a goal-oriented mindset focused on impactful outcomes, beyond shipping products.
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and independently.
