The day to day

• Lead the identification and prioritization of market opportunities, translating them into a comprehensive and actionable backlog for your product line.

• Innovate and propose new opportunities that align with our business objectives, presenting them to executive leadership for strategic consideration.

• Scout for strategic technical partnerships that can enhance our market position and accelerate time-to-market, fostering collaborations to leverage emerging technologies.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive the execution of the product line strategy, ensuring alignment with desired outcomes and timely delivery.

• Engage with early adopter customers to drive pilot engagements, gathering feedback and insights to validate product viability and refine market fit.

• Act as the primary authority and advocate for the products and features within your purview, championing their value proposition both internally and externally.

• Continuously expand your domain expertise by staying abreast of industry trends, reading relevant blogs, reports, and other knowledge sources, and contributing your own insights to further our understanding of emerging technologies and their applicability to our business.

Your expertise

• Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Analytics, Mathematics, or Business, or equivalent practical experience.

• Extensive 7+ years of hands-on experience in the technology industry, with a proven track record in both engineering and Product Management roles.

• Demonstrated proficiency with Headless CMS platforms such as WordPress (Headless), Strapi, Contentful, etc., and Node.js application platforms.

• Proven ability to conceptualize and develop new products while refining existing ones using data-driven methodologies.

• Proficiency in rapid prototyping, wireframing, system mapping, and sketching, enabling efficient visualization and communication of product concepts.

• Experience in designing and prototyping user-centric interactive web applications, ensuring optimal user experiences and engagement.

• Adept at leveraging analytics and A/B testing methodologies to assess design efficacy post-release, informing iterative product enhancements and future iterations.

• Track record of collaborating with User Experience Research teams to align design requirements with user needs and preferences effectively.

• Strong collaboration skills, with a history of successful engagement with Engineering Teams to translate design concepts and prototypes into high-quality, releasable products.

• Proven ability to effectively collaborate with Go-To-Market (GTM) partners, ensuring seamless product launches and market integration.

• Exceptional project management skills, capable of efficiently managing multiple projects concurrently while ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.

• Marketplace experience is an advantage.
