Job Description:As Team Leader of Connectivity at Como, you will focus on the connectivity aspects of our platform, including APIs, external integrations, and product plug-ins/add-ons. These capabilities are core to Como's product and vision as an open platform. Your role will be to enhance and expand these connectivity features to support our strategic objectives and ensure seamless integration with third-party services and partners.
Key Responsibilities:Develop a Domain of Expertise: Develop and manage the team as a center of excellence and expertise for product connectivity capabilities, including APIs, external integrations, and product plug-ins/add-ons, as well as all existing integrated solutions.
Connectivity Related Feature Definition and Prioritization: Collaborate with product, engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to define and prioritize connectivity features and enhancements.
Integrations Project Management: Oversee each integration project from initial exploration to launch with the first customer, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality solution.
Partners and Integrated Solutions relationship: work in collaboration with the business development and partnerships team, while maintaining fruitful relationships with our integrated partners paving the paths for full and robust integrations.
Documentation and Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive documentation for APIs, integrations, and all completed integration projects and corresponding solutions.
Minimum of 5 years as integrations engineer/professional services/technical project manager, with a focus on APIs, integrations, and connectivity.
Minimum 2 years team lead experience
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, web services, and data interchange formats (e.g., JSON, XML).
Experience with third-party integrations and managing partnerships.
Excellent analytical skills to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Experience in customer engagement, marketing automation, loyalty, or related industries.
Experience in the retail or hospitality industry.
Familiarity with SaaS platforms and cloud-based services.
Technical background with knowledge of software development processes.
Experience working in agile development environments.
