Senior Product Manager (Automotive / ADAS)- Hybrid

What's the role?
Team:
The team is responsible for managing the portfolio of products and services used in driver assistance and autonomous driving vehicles. The scope covers all related products in HERE's portfolio from standard definition data for driver assistance solutions to centimeter accurate lane data & services for hands free driving. Additionally, the team will create immersive in-car use cases and software products to highlight the benefits of driver assistance. We handle topics and processes related to creation of new offerings ranging from ideation, pricing, development and taking solutions into the market. To achieve this we participate in various activities with partners and customers to capture the market needs.
Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders, understand priorities and translate them into priorities for the technical team.
• Collect high-level business requirements from Product Management in a collaborative manner
• Create an execution plan that balances priorities, cost, schedule, and tradeoffs, in collaboration with the Product Manager.
• Identify and escalate risk and issues
• Work with team to deliver a product that is stable, scalable, reliable, performant
• Work with the team to operate the production product.
• Work with stakeholders to gather inputs for the technical roadmap aligned with growth strategies.

Who are you?

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management.
• Demonstrated success in managing all aspects of the product lifecycle, from ideation to successful market delivery.
• Proven ability to navigate between high-level product strategy and addressing individual customer needs effectively.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet objectives and deliver projects under tight deadlines.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential.
