This is an amazing opportunity to impact thousands of students every day. The team consists of 3 people and reports to the Director, Product Manager. We would love to speak with you if you have a passion for creating great products and the ability to understand customer's needs.About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or related fields.
• 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS or mobile technology.
• 3+ Years of experience managing backlogs and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver impactful features.
• 3+years of experience in Agile frameworks and backlog management.
• 3+ years’ experience working with customers, leveraging an analytical mindset to interpret data and customer feedback to drive meaningful insights.
• 3+years of experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Excel for roadmap and backlog management

It would be great if you also had . . .

• Professional experience in a library setting.
• MBA.

What will you be doing in this role? 

• Oversee the bi-weekly sprint planning process, ensuring alignment with the annual work plan. Collaborate closely with the development team to maintain and prioritize the product backlog.
• Roadmap Management Manage the roadmap work file.
• Cross-Team Collaboration Serve as the primary point of contact for other organizational stakeholders.
• Customer Engagement.
• Feature Discovery and Design.
•  Lead cross-functional collaboration, ensuring smooth customer transitions, timely resolution of development blockers, and alignment with business objectives
