Our marketplace platform helps law firms and pro se parties access more efficient, transparent, and accessible legal services that are not traditionally available to everyone.
Each month, thousands of law firms use our platform to manage service of process nationwide, with over a million legal documents processed to date. As we scale toward $100M+ ARR, we're seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead our core platform – the engine that powers service delivery for our nationwide marketplace.
This strategic leadership role reports directly to the VP of Product, with a clear path to Group Product Manager. You'll architect the technology foundation that powers our process serving operations, shape our operational strategy, and play a key role in Proof's next phase of hyper-growth.
What you’ll do:
- Drive the vision and strategy for Proof's core operating system, scaling our platform to handle 10x transaction volume
- Build and mentor a team of product managers as our platform organization expands
- Partner with operations leadership to reimagine process serving workflows and automation
- Define and execute our platform roadmap, balancing technical debt with rapid innovation
- Own core metrics including operational efficiency, service completion rates, and client retention
- Lead cross-functional initiatives with engineering, operations, and growth teams
What we’ll expect you to know on day one:
- 7+ years of product management experience, with proven success scaling B2B platforms
- Track record scaling B2B operations platforms that handle high transaction volumes
- Strong technical background in workflow automation and operational systems
- Proven ability to translate data insights into actionable product strategy
- Deep understanding of how technology enables operational scale
- Background mentoring PMs and building cross-functional alignment
- Excellence in stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership
Great to have, but not required
- Domain experience in legal tech or logistics operations
- Background scaling platforms from $10M to $100M+ ARR
- Experience with marketplace or two-sided platforms
- Track record of building internal tools that achieve 10x efficiency gains
- Based in Eastern, Central or Mountain time zone

Compensation
- $135,000 - $170,000 USD based on experience and location. Must be located in US
- Eligible to participate in company bonus plan
