The Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to lead the strategic direction in partnership PM colleagues and leaders, lifecycle management, and profitability of our XODO product line, with a specific focus on XODO Sign and XODO Mobile (iOS and Android). In this role, you will drive growth and innovation, shaping the future of electronic signature and mobile document processing, digital signature and productivity offerings while expanding our go-to-market (GTM) presence across key industries.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine strategic vision, hands-on execution, and a passion for creating unified, customer-centric experiences. You will report directly to the VP of Product Management and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Marketing, Engineering, and Design, to develop solutions that address customer pain points, enhance retention, and drive cross-sell opportunities.
Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Product Leadership: Oversee the entire lifecycle of XODO Sign and XODO Mobile, from feature enhancements to long-term roadmap planning and end-of-life considerations. Own the P&L for these products, ensuring revenue and margin goals are met while optimizing long-term business impact.
  • Product Development: This role will be responsible for day-to-day Scrum processes for the XODO Sign and mobile teams partnering with engineering leaders to refine and prioritize the product backlog and coordinate sprint priorities. Partnering with Product Operations will be key in terms of initiative level prioritization and collaborating with XODO product team members toward common goals.
  • Prioritize Initiatives and Manage Roadmap Development: Lead the prioritization of product initiatives to align with strategic business goals. Drive roadmap development while facilitating ongoing cross-functional business/product review cycles to ensure agility and enable the business to adjust and pivot as needed.
  • Customer-Centric Solutions: Define and execute product strategies that deliver exceptional value for business users. Develop features and experiences that address their pain points, improve retention, and expand adoption within key verticals.
  • Cross-Sell Opportunities: Identify opportunities to promote complementary products and services, driving seamless transitions for existing customers within the XODO portfolio.
  • Unified Product Experiences: Collaborate with design and engineering teams to create cohesive, intuitive experiences across web, mobile, and multi-platform environments that support growth and align with GTM goals.
  • GTM Strategy Execution: Partner with Product Marketing to craft messaging and enablement content for new feature launches, industry-specific positioning, and customer migration paths.
  • Customer Advocacy and Insights: Act as the voice of the customer within the organization by managing advisory boards, conducting customer interviews, and synthesizing insights into actionable strategies.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage analytics, usage data, and market trends to inform strategic direction, validate feature prioritization, and measure product success.
  • Goal Setting and Alignment: Establish OKRs and measurable goals aligned with business growth objectives. Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and other leadership to ensure objectives support overall company strategy.
  • Emerging Technology Integration: Explore the use of AI-assisted automation technologies (e.g., LLMs) to deliver innovative document management and e-signature capabilities tailored to business users' needs.


Requirements:

  • Experience: 7+ years as a Senior Product Manager or equivalent, with a proven track record in software product management, preferably in the SaaS space.
  • Tools Expertise: Proficient in using product management and software development/scrum) tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Aha! to manage backlogs, prioritize roadmaps, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic Agility: Demonstrated ability to facilitate cross-functional business/product review cycles and adapt strategies to dynamic business needs.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of document processing technologies, multi-platform product experience (mobile, web, desktop), and APIs/SDKs for integrating advanced document manipulation and automation features.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional product experiences that solve real-world business challenges while driving measurable outcomes.
  • Analytical and Strategic Thinker: Adept at using data to inform decisions, identify growth opportunities, and measure success. You thrive on exploring opposing ideas to craft the best path forward.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Exceptional skills in collaborating across teams and presenting complex technical concepts to business and technical stakeholders alike.
  • Self-Starter: Highly autonomous with the ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and drive impact in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

The compensation for this position is commensurate upon experience, with a range between $119,000.00-150,000.00 CAD in on target earnings.
