Salesforce Inc. seeks Senior Product Manager in San Francisco, CA:
Job Duties: Define and deliver the next generation Heroku command line and VScode developer experience (DX), including provisioning and lifecycle of all application resources (i.e. com storage, queues, APIs, etc.). Use Artificial Intelligence and generative AI to improve Developer productivity with features in CLI or VSCode experience. Internalize all core use cases and personas. Collaborate with Design and Research teams to understand user ‘Jobs to be Done.’ Define the Heroku developer tooling roadmap for all Heroku product areas. Effectively communicate roadmap to product and engineering leaders and product requirements Write Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) coordinating input from Design and Research teams and Heroku service owners. Product Owner for Developer Tooling scrum teams, providing user stories, requirements, acceptance criteria, while supporting the design process. Demo Heroku at internal reviews (e.g. sprint reviews) and to customers and at industry events and webinars. Consolidate all feedback across input channels (Heroku Public Roadmap, Community, etc) to prioritize new features. Demonstrate Salesforce values every day at work and are able to clearly articulate the value that the Salesforce Ohana culture brings to our business. ˆHQ address additionally encompasses the following Salesforce locations in San Francisco: 350 Mission Street, 415 Mission Street, and 50 Fremont Street. The permanent position may be offered at any of these locations in San Francisco. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required.
Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field.
A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Engineering (any field)).
Special Skill Requirements: (1) Cloud Platform as a Service (PaaS) experience (2 years); (2) REST and SOAP APIs; (3) VS Code Integrated Development Environments (IDE) (2 years); (4) Software as a Service (SaaS); (5) Agile Development processes including PRDs, Scrum and User Stories (2 years); (6) Modern IaaS and PaaS systems; (7) AI/ML Workflows (2 years); (8) Writing Product Requirement Documents (PRDs); (9) User Stories; (10) Developer Workflows. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required.
Salary: $176,800.00 - $265,200.00 per annum.
