Chewy is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join the Discovery Product Organization in our Seattle or Boston office. The Discovery product team is responsible for the design, functionality, user experience, and performance of Product Listing Pages (PLPs), including search, browse, brand pages, and cross-site recommendations CX. Our mission is to empower customers to navigate and discover products and services on Chewy.com efficiently at scale through automation. By demonstrating customer signals, we strive to understand their intent, driving personalized experiences that increase customer acquisition and retention, leading to higher incremental active customers and net sales per active customer.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will partner with engineering, design, analytics, and other product and business leaders across Chewy to build customer-focused experiences and drive business growth. You will take ownership of building out the new combined Product Listing and Details Page, which uniquely merges product details with product listing results and serves as a landing page for Google Ads’ PLA.

Additionally, this role includes operational responsibility for PLP features, drive front-end features on the PLP to improve usability and customer happiness including defect resolution. This requires collaboration with site merchandising on PLP pages. You will work closely with the Principal Product Manager to implement tactical improvements across the PLP and PLA, contributing to the continuous improvement of the platform. What You’ll Do:

  • Use your customer-first mindset to guide the development and delivery of outstanding customer experiences.
  • Define and analyze measures of success (critical metrics) for new features and improvements; transform these customer and business insights into clear requirements for product enhancements and new features.
  • Develop and maintain a roadmap and prioritized product backlog, ensuring product vision aligns with both customer and business goals.
  • Build objectives and define cadences to track performance of your product(s) and measure the impact of product improvements; communicate impact clearly across the organization and use it to drive prioritization.
  • Collaborate with category managers, engineering, design, and analytics resources to deliver features with strong customer and business value.


What You’ll Need:

  • 5+ years of product management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience launching ML-driven features strongly preferred.
  • Excellent analytical abilities with validated experience turning data into actionable insights.
  • Experience owning front-end customer experiences.
  • Experience with end-to-end product delivery and managing trade-offs.
  • Ability to analyze, communicate, and present metrics effectively to support recommendations.
  • Strong writing and verbal communication at the executive level.

Bonus (if applicable):

  • E-commerce proven experience preferred.
  • PLA & SEO background a plus
  • Fluency in SQL and/or Tableau

Compensation & Benefits:

Our salary range for a SR Product Manager position is $134,500.00 - $215,000.00. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k, and a new hire and annual equity grant.
