Position Overview

We are seeking a Product Manager to help build world class user experience in our flagship Boards & Leadership product suite. As the PM, you will be responsible for helping define and executing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for new product and markets that will materially grow our business line. Our products are used by one million users from over 23,000 organizations, including 62% of the Fortune 500, 90% of the FTSE 100 and 83% of the ASX 200 to improve their bottom line, keep pace with stakeholder expectations and create lasting, positive impact on the world. The ideal candidate will have deep experience building world class user experience, particularly in consumer-facing or B2B2C roles. Additionally, they have strong customer focus, experience in SaaS product management, and a proven track record of successfully delivering data-driven products. Ideally, their past experience includes a mix of startup and Tier-1 tech experience, B2B and Consumer/Mobile. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the product strategy for products within the Boards & Leadership Suite, aligning it with the company's overall vision, market trends, and customer needs.
  • Define and prioritize the product roadmap based on market research, competitive analysis, customer feedback, and business objectives.
  • Lead a globally distributed product team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure product success. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, UX, product marketing, sales, and customer success, to drive product development and ensure successful product launches.
  • Be customer centric, using market research, data analysis, and customer interviews to gain insights into customer needs, pain points, and industry trends, and translate them into actionable product requirements.
  • Drive good practices across the product team to support our engineering process, including defining user stories, managing feature prioritization, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality releases, and escalating roadblocks.
  • Monitor and analyze key product metrics, track customer feedback, and leverage data-driven insights to make informed product decisions and optimize product performance.
  • Champion a customer-centric approach throughout the organization, advocating for user experience enhancements, conducting user testing, and ensuring product usability and satisfaction.

Required Experience/Skills

  • Extensive experience in product management, with a strong background in developing and managing world-class user experiences and SaaS products.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market trends, customer needs, and business goals into effective product strategies.
  • Passion for leveraging data and analytics to drive insights, shape the user experience, and deliver value to customers.

Preferred Experience/Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience in leading and developing high-performing product management teams.
  • Strong experience in executive stakeholder management, ability to communicate at the executive & Board level
