Job Description:

Phreesia is seeking a smart, energetic and highly motivated Senior Product Manager to join our MediFind product management team, focusing on website analytics and reporting products. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be driving product initiatives through the full product life cycle. This includes having strong understanding of the market and our competitors, developing strategy and executing go-to-market activities with internal marketing and business development teams, defining detailed requirements, and collaborating with engineers to execute on product launch plans. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-starter who is intellectually curious and passionate about the intersection of data, digital marketing, and healthcare. 

As a Senior Product Manager, you will work closely with our clients, partners and internal stakeholders to build and iterate on our consumer facing website. You will collaborate with our product management, engineering, operations, marketing, clinical engagement, and sales teams to deliver amazing product insights to boost site traffic, engagement, and user experience.

The ideal candidate will be a solid communicator, great problem solver, will be able to work with cross-functional teams, and will demonstrate strong leadership abilities and the desire to learn and mentor.

What You'll Do:

  • Own the B2B and B2C go-to-market strategy, monetization strategy, website/digital ad infrastructure, product vision and outcomes for a Phreesia owned website (MediFind) and related digital advertising product 
  • Develop detailed product requirements & translate into user stories for implementation by engineering as well as manage escalations, investigate issues and prioritize fixes
  • Build business cases for new features and feature enhancements by collaborating with cross-functional teams and provide product support and training to operations teams
  • Drive product and monetization go-to-market strategies to execute successful launch plans with the support of product leadership, market development, client success and the marketing team 
  • Create positioning and messaging that resonate with website consumer personas; Define and execute the product roadmap for your products 
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to increase the volume and quality of site traffic in support of brand goals 
  • Be a product champion within our company and for internal stakeholders across the organization 

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's Degree required ; At least 5 years of product management experience preferably in a high-growth B2C or B2B SaaS environment using an Agile development methodology
  • Experience with website marketing strategy, digital advertising, or brand management and a passion for making a different in healthcare and improving access to care as well as experience leading product initiatives across multiple product teams
  • Deep interest in user experience, creating, and analyzing products
  • Strong analytical thinker, able to gather & leverage key metrics to drive their product vision and Deep interest in user experience, creating, and analyzing products
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment, organization and project management skills, and written and oral communication skills; Previous experience mentoring of more junior product managers *preferred

Base pay for US candidates is $119,000 - $130,000 USD depending on qualifications
