Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager with a passion for Generative AI to join our innovative team. You will play a pivotal role in driving the strategy, roadmap, and priorities for cutting-edge AI initiatives that will transform how the company leverages advanced analytics and workflow automation.

This position is ideal for someone with a background in product management, software engineering, and experience with AI-based products. You thrive in ambiguous situations, excel at gathering customer requirements, and enjoy working closely with engineering teams to break down and prioritize work. Your leadership and vision will help drive massive change in the AI ecosystem, ensuring measurable business impact.

You will lead the development and execution of the strategy for Generative AI, ensuring it becomes the backbone of advanced analytics solutions across the enterprise. This involves collaborating with internal business and technology stakeholders to gather requirements, guide solutions, and drive product adoption.

Your role will be critical in crafting and communicating a compelling vision, creating assets to enable others, and generating excitement about AI transformation. You will drive the implementation of AI models that improve efficiencies and contribute to the company’s digital transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the strategy, roadmap, and priorities for Generative AI initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize development efforts.
• Work closely with the engineering and data science teams to guide product development and ensure alignment with key business objectives.
• Drive enterprise-wide adoption of AI solutions, focusing on advanced analytics and workflow automation.
• Create assets and communications that sell the vision and build excitement for AI transformation.
• Provide leadership in ambiguous situations, making decisions that prioritize competing needs and deliver business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience; advanced degree is a plus.
• 6+ years of professional experience in product management and software engineering, with experience managing AI-based products.
• Strong background in Agile methodologies (Scrum, LEAN, Kanban, XP Programming, etc.).
• Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) products; Data Science experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to advocate for products and explain their value, functionality, and adoption process to a variety of audiences.
• In-depth understanding of technology systems and the ability to help teams overcome roadblocks.
• Strong track record of learning new tools and technologies quickly.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and statistical analysis using Python, R, or similar tools.

Note: this position requires on-site presence in the Gdansk office min. 3 days a week.
