The Opportunity
Are you a seasoned product professional with a passion for driving innovative solutions in sales incentive and contest functionality? Workhuman is looking for a dynamic Senior Product Manager to join our team and help us revolutionize how businesses recognize and reward their employees.
As a Senior Product Manager, you will be at the forefront of our product strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-value features that align with our business objectives and customer needs. You'll play a critical role in shaping the future of our sales incentive and contest software, leveraging your deep industry expertise and market insights to drive product success.
**This is a hybrid role requiring at least two days a week onsite in our Framingham, MA office**
Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Own and define the product roadmap, ensuring our software meets high-value strategic applications for customers and unlocks new revenue streams.
  • Market and Customer Insights: Stay ahead of market trends and customer needs, using this knowledge to prioritize product investments and guide strategic decisions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, UX, analytics, sales, and marketing teams to ensure successful product development and delivery.
  • Execution Excellence: Break down initiatives into epics and user stories, maintaining a clear focus on delivering business value and supporting the delivery team throughout each sprint.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Regularly update key stakeholders on product status, scope changes, and risks, incorporating feedback to refine product strategy.


The Skills you will bring:

  • Experience: 7+ years of Product Management experience in an Agile/Scrum environment, with proven expertise in sales incentive and contest software functionality.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong background in B2B SaaS delivery models, with the ability to develop strategic plans from high-level direction.
  • Analytical Skills: Expertise in analyzing product data to inform strategy and decision-making.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership qualities with the ability to communicate product vision and decisions across geographically distributed teams.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade peers and leadership.
