As a Senior Product Manager, you will join a combined Product, Design, and Engineering team collaborating on the future of EdTech. Working closely with Product Leadership, you will be assigned product focus areas where you will have ownership and autonomy to craft a roadmap, develop and ship new functionality, and constantly engage with clients and stakeholders to shape the future of our products. You will have the opportunity to share your experience with Junior Product Managers where you will be expected to coach & mentor younger talent.


What You’ll Do

Product Vision & Strategy:

  • Define and drive the product vision for your focus areas, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and market opportunities.
  • Develop and execute a strategic roadmap that delivers on long-term business objectives.
  • Identify and prioritize key features, enhancements, and new product opportunities based on market analysis, customer feedback, and business needs.

Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Serve as a mentor and coach to junior product managers, helping them grow their skills and advance their careers.
  • Help develop & roll out best practices across the wider product team.

Market & Customer Insights:

  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and positioning.
  • Engage with customers to gather insights and feedback, translating these into actionable product improvements.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and adapt product strategies to maintain competitive advantage.

Product Development & Execution:

  • Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, for your product focus areas ensuring successful execution of initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering to translate product requirements into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Ensure rigorous testing and quality assurance processes are in place to deliver a superior product experience.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to senior leadership and other key stakeholders.
  • Manage expectations and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to align product goals and deliverables.
  • Effectively present product updates, roadmaps, and business cases to drive alignment and decision-making.

Quality & Technical Understanding:

  • Advocate for product quality by developing a deep understanding of the underlying technology.
  • Collaborate with engineering to assess the impact of new features and technical requests, pushing back when necessary to maintain product integrity.
  • Ensure that technical feasibility is considered in all product decisions to achieve the best balance between customer satisfaction and product quality.

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
  • Ability to work in a startup or fast-paced and agile development environment (Jira or similar issue-tracking software is a plus).
  • A proven record of executing and delivering products/features for both web and mobile from conception to launch collaboratively with engineering and designers is a must (technical knowledge is a plus).
  • Ability to design and pivot product strategy based on market trends, client data, technical trade-offs, and company goals.
  • Ability to turn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into solid action plans.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills: Ability to interpret large amounts of data and drive product success (knowing SQL is a plus).
  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on understanding and meeting the needs of our users, with the ability to translate user feedback into actionable insights.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and leading engineers, designers, and products to successful outcomes.
  • Ability to build strong, trusting relationships across multiple stakeholders while navigating the added complexity of working with multiple offices in different countries.
  • Experience working with B2B or B2C products/industries, having direct contact with business customers, understanding their needs, and pain points, and aligning an action plan with them (experience in the EdTech ecosystem is a plus).
  • Passionately curious, willing to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
