What You'll Do:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in ServiceNow development, with at least 2 year focused on GRC modules
  • The role requires a deep understanding of ServiceNow, GRC solutions, SecOps and a strong foundation in API development 
  • Proficient in JavaScript, Glide, and other scripting languages
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues
  • Experience in integrating ServiceNow with other third-party applications and tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  • Proven ability to work independently or as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and project management practices.
  • Ability to partner with with team members and stakeholders to improve and optimize features, practices, processes, and operations

  • As a key hire for this group, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-quality solutions on the ServiceNow platform with a focus on GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) and SecOps modules
  • Design, develop, and implement high-quality solutions on the ServiceNow platform with a focus on GRC modules
  • Collaborate closely with business analysts and project managers to understand the client's needs and translate them into technical requirements
  • Utilize your experience in JavaScript, Glide, and other scripting languages to enhance the functionality and user experience of the ServiceNow platform
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation to ensure efficient planning and execution
  • Perform comprehensive testing of developed solutions to ensure their functionality and reliability
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in ServiceNow technology to continuously improve our services and solutions
  • Required - Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • Preferred- Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)  and/or Risk & Compliance certified
