We are seeking a Senior Digital Product Manager position based in our Poznań location to join the Web development area within Digital Applications & ERP organization. What you will be doing: 

The Product Manager will be supervising and developing performing international and multicultural team responsible to manage and deliver Digital products according the agreed lifecycle strategy, managing cost within agreed budget, supporting and ensuring continuous improvement to deliver agreed service levels and enable business benefits. More specifically, you will:

  • Enable digitalization and performance of ROCKWOOL in cutting- edge lead to cash solution
  • Implement state of the art processes, promote and live Agile mindset, develop competences and promote right attitude to continuously increase delivered quality and value,
  • Deliver the described product within frames; quality, cost, volume, satisfaction, value and employee satisfaction,
  • Maintain and evolve the product according to roadmap and prioritized backlog while protecting resources for operations work,
  • Produce a product lifecycle strategy for the service and execute the agreed strategy ,
  • Manage Team Lead and staff team to deliver while reaching goals for engagement, retain high performing employees, manage well-being of employees at work, ensure clarity on strategy and team contribution, role and responsibilities,
  • Manage vendors according to contract and ensure timely renewal within RW goals of the arrangement,
  • Manage cost budget according to frames and goals for long-term development.

Although your new desk will be located in the Nowy Rynek building in central Poznań, Poland, you can expect to travel approx. 20 days a year to Rockwool locations within Europe (maybe once a year to Asia and US).

What you bring:

  • Solid commerce business processes understanding
  • Customer-oriented and service-minded approach, eagerness to deliver the best possible customer experience
  • More than 8 years of experience in delivering products in the field of competence
  • Experience in composable architecture, e.g. MACH, UI Library, API marketplace
  • More than 5 years managing others (creating constructive work environment, value excellence and managing with trust and empowerment)
  • Experience working with agile and ITIL methods
  • Master planning work, filling jobs, motivating, coaching, collaborating across department toward congruent goals and measuring the work of other
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Ability to working in international corporate culture
  • Experience mainly in Optimizely CMS (DXP), .NET, React
