SUMMARY:
The Senior Product Manager is responsible for overseeing, developing, and managing the Banks products, services, and delivery channels. This position plays a crucial role in the strategic planning, execution, and success of a product throughout its lifecycle.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

25% Product Strategy: Define the product strategy and vision for a set of products and delivery channels. Conduct market research, analyze customer needs, and identify market trends to inform the products direction. Collaborate with other teams to align the product strategy with business goals.
25% Roadmap Planning: Create and manage the product roadmap for their products and delivery channels.
25% Product Development: Oversee the entire product development lifecycle. Work closely with other teams to define product requirements, provide guidance during development, and conduct thorough product testing. Coordinate with design teams to ensure the products user experience aligns with the intended vision.
25% Product Launch and Adoption: Play a key role in the effective launch of a product. Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, create product messaging, and ensure effective product positioning. Monitor product adoption rates, collect user feedback, and iterate on the product based on market response.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of credit or debit card product management experience.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Strategic thinker, adaptable, strong analytic skills, technical experience, customer centric, collaborative, and exceptional communication skills. Strong project management skills required.
