Senior Product Manager

Job summary: We are a leading Software as a Service (SaaS) company that specializes in the transformation of data in the US healthcare industry through cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions. We are looking for Product Managers (PM) with entrepreneurial mindset to drive product development and ensure a high ROI. You will be driving key cross-functional initiatives with a strong data-driven approach to drive the vision and goals of the Product Team at HiLabs.
The Product Manager is responsible for doing customer research, coordinating with stakeholders, and developing new product features. You will work with one or more product managers and enable them to do their work more effectively. The ideal candidate is expected to have the technical knowledge and confidence to work closely with an expert team of data scientists and engineers, demonstrate good judgment in high-pressure scenarios, exhibit sound decision-making ability, and show a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:

• Bridge the gap between business goals and customer problems.
• Collecting quantitative product data and metrics through market research
• Synthesizing customer research to achieve the product vision.
• Collaborate closely with sales team, designers, engineers, analysts, QA and other cross functional team members within the organization to do the following:
  • Gathering and documenting all the business and product requirements, define the product acceptance testing criteria, work towards the product development lifecycle etc. to ensure timely delivery.
  • Drive and implement the product changes, develop new product features.
  • Think as an end user and translate complicated product ideas into simple wireframes and flows to deliver world class user experience.
  • Understand the software development lifecycle and the limitations & dependencies that come with it.
  • Good understanding of databases and data structure
  • Basic excel skills for data analysis.

Desired Profile: 

• Must have 5+years of experience as business analyst, product owner, or product manager role in US Healthcare setting.
• Strong understanding of product management principles and frameworks.
• Additional prior experience as a software developer, data engineer, or analyst will be a plus. 
• Capable to meet the pace of rapidly growing company size and business targets through prioritization and radical thinking.
• Being Number Driven, Clear/Aware about why things are being done,
• Ability to get hands dirty and do whatever is necessary to ensure success.
• Ability to clearly articulate the solutions and get there in most efficient way.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, collaborative attitude, and strong teamwork skills
• Ability to identify and define problems clearly. Think laterally to generate creative ideas to solve complex problems.
