This specific role will focus on extending the mission of YouVersion to kids and youth globally through Bible App for Kids and other digital products, as well as leading other initiatives adding value for YouVersion partners.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with senior leaders to craft product vision, strategies, and outcomes.
  • Effectively communicate with leadership, stakeholders, product team, and users in various mediums.
  • Lead the creation of detailed product requirements and user stories for delivery.
  • Lead strong with data, uncovering key insights, tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPI), and validating opportunities and success.
  • Become the acknowledged product expert on product data, users, organizational goals constraints, and the broader industry and tech landscape.

Skills Needed to Succeed

  • Proven communication skills and ability to communicate with various audiences, including senior-level leaders.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to surface insights relevant to product opportunities.
  • Maintain a systematic and organized approach to completing assignments accurately, thoroughly, and timely.
  • Ability to self-motivate, take initiative, make independent decisions, and solve problems.
  • Ability to collaborate in a team environment and work independently.
  • Strong understanding of software development best practices and computer science principles.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Product Management, Business, or Computer Science preferred.
  • 5-10 years of relevant work experience, such as product management, product lifecycle management, or other product-related leadership roles.
  • Intermediate to advanced level of industry-accepted product management philosophies and approaches.
