We are seeking a talented Senior Product Manager to lead our product team in delivering exceptional solutions to our customers. As the sole official product manager in the company, this individual will play a pivotal role in co-owning the product strategy and driving its execution. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of networking, be passionate about project management, customer feedback, and driving product features which will create the most value for customers. You'll work most closely with the Network Automation Engineering team; analyzing, prioritizing and executing on the roadmap for the networking model .

Key Responsibilities: 

• Co-own the product strategy and roadmap.

• Lead the project management efforts for our product, ensuring that timelines are met, feedback is collected, and stakeholders are engaged throughout the process. 

• Drive systematic product management practices, including collecting customer feedback, identifying key features, and maintaining strong relationships with Sales, Solution Architecture, Customer Success, and Engineering teams. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize features and enhancements based on customer needs and market trends. 

• Work closely with go-to-market teams to understand client pain points and translate them into actionable product improvements. 

• Champion a customer-centric approach to product development, ensuring that our solutions provide tangible value to our clients. 

• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to inform product strategy and roadmap planning. 

Requirements: 

• Strong product and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. 

• Knowledge of network assurance and/or infrastructure.

• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment, delivering a B2B product to enterprise businesses. 

• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of building out and executing on overall product strategy in a startup environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
