Job Description:

Senior Product Manager, RMMH Reproductive Medicine and Maternal Health

At Ferring Pharmaceuticals, we help people around the world build families and live better lives. We are entrepreneurial and innovative, with a global team focused on scientific advances in reproductive and women’s health, gastroenterology and urology. Ferring + You is all about working together and sharing ideas, so that we can bring science to life for patients around the world.

Our Commercial teams collaborate as trusted partners with patient groups, clinicians, policy makers and the scientific community to identify and develop new opportunities to help patients. Customer centric, we offer an empowering, entrepreneurial culture - and a place to thrive and grow.

Ferring+You

You will take senior brand and portfolio ownership across Reproductive Medicine and Maternal Health, translating insight into clear strategic choices and disciplined execution. Working with the Business Unit Head, you will accelerate growth, strengthen customer and patient value, and help raise marketing capability across the broader team.

Your day at Ferring

You will partner with the Business Unit Head to help shape the future of our Reproductive Medicine and Maternal Health portfolio.

This is a role for someone who enjoys ownership, autonomy and making an impact. You will translate strategy into action, identify opportunities before they emerge and work across Sales, Medical, Market Access and Finance to deliver meaningful outcomes for customers and patients.

·       Partner with the BUH to lead brand and portfolio planning, helping define where we play and how we win

·       Own Maternal Health strategy and execution while contributing to broader portfolio growth

·       Use customer insights, market intelligence and analytics to drive commercial decisions

·       Lead forecasting, business reviews and performance tracking

·       Deliver customer engagement initiatives that create measurable impact

·       Partner across the organisation to align teams and bring ideas to life

·       Influence, coach and elevate others, creating success through the team around you

·       Exercise enterprise judgement: make clear choices with imperfect information and optimise outcomes beyond an individual brand or function

·       Adapt plans as evidence changes, capture learning and build that learning into future decisions and team practice

Behind our innovation...There’s you

You are confident making decisions, comfortable with accountability and motivated by delivering results. Equally important, you enjoy helping others succeed and believe the best outcomes are achieved together.

You will bring:

·       Pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing experience of at least 3 years with ownership of a brand or portfolio

·       Strong commercial and analytical thinking, with the ability to turn insights into action

·       Strategic curiosity and the confidence to challenge the status quo

·       Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills

·       A proactive mindset that identifies opportunities and solves problems before they escalate

·       The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution

·       A track record of working collaboratively and building strong relationships across teams

·       Learning agility and self-awareness: actively seeks feedback, tests assumptions and changes course when the evidence requires it

·       Low-ego leadership: constructively challenges, shares credit and makes colleagues and cross-functional partners more effective

·       Resilient ambition: a clear desire to grow into broader responsibility, paired with persistence, sound judgement and focus on outcomes

Most importantly, you are someone who raises the standard now and has the curiosity, enterprise mindset and ambition to grow into broader commercial or marketing leadership. You bring energy and pace, recover constructively from setbacks, and create success through others as much as through your own achievements.
